Peer-to-peer (Ad Hoc) Connection
You can set up a peer-to-peer connection with the PC Free. In a peer-to-peer setup, the PC Free
functions the same as an access point. (Note, to set up a peer-to-peer connection that is not wireless,
you need to connect the remote PC to the PC Free using a crossover cable.)
1.
Shut down the projector and then
restart it.
Note: When the projector restarts the
IP address is reset to the default as
shown here.
2.
Double-click the PCI\SIS1601 icon
in the system tray of the PC Free
(bottom-right of desktop).
3.
Open the Internet Protocol Proper-
ties window on the remote PC.
4.
Match the Subnet mask and the first
three fields of the IP address as
shown here.
