OPERATION MODE OF THE KITCHEN HOOD
Setting up for the odour absorber mode
In this mode, the filtered air is recirculated back into the room through openings

should be replaced with a new one every 3 to 6 months.

egenerable activated carbon filters must be washed by hand, with
non-abrasive neutral detergents, or in a dishwasher with a
maximum
temperature of 65°C
(the
washing cycle must be
complete without
dishes).
Remove excess water without damaging the filter, remove the plastic
parts, and allow the mattress to dry in the oven for at least 15 minutes at a
maximum temperature of 100 ° C. To keep the function of the regenerable
carbon filter
efficient
, this operation must be repeated every 2
months. These must be replaced at least every 3 years or when the
mattress is damaged.
VII.
OPERATING THE HOOD
Safety of usage
When using a gas cooker, special care must be taken not to use the burner without a
cookware placed on it.
Due to the
risk of fire, any cooking under the hood involving oils and grease
must only be carried out under constant supervision. The risk of spontaneous
combustion is greater with previously used oil. Always make sure the flame
does not go beyond the cookware, as this causes unnecessary energy loss and
dangerous heat concentration. The hood must not be used for purposes other
than intended (eg: industrial catering)
