4 Product description
4.1 Properties
The MEMDOS SMART LD is a stepper motor-driven diaphragm dosing
pump that is used when precise dosing results are required.
They are characterized by the following properties:

Output range from 2 – 20 l/h, up to 15 bar
n
Power supply 110—240 V, 50/60 Hz, IP65, 25 W
n
Microprocessor-controlled drive
n
Integrated dosing head ventilation (only MEMDOS SMART LD 5 and LD
10 with plastic dosing head)
n
Suitable for wall and floor mounting
n
Material finishes PVC, PP, PVDF and stainless steel
n
Stroke frequency can be precisely adjusted via the keyboard
n
Graphic display
n
Pulse input (increase and reduction)
n
Level input with early warning and main alarm
n
Release input for external start/stop
n
Calculation wizard for pulse operation available online
4.2 Scope of delivery
Please compare the delivery note with the scope of delivery. The
following items are part of the scope of delivery:

Dosing pump MEMDOS SMART LD,
n
One set each of hose clamping connections for the suction and
discharge sides for hoses with diameters of 4/6 mm, 6/9 mm and
6/12 mm (made of PVC, PP and PVDF),
n
3 covering caps for electrical connections (mounted on the dosing
pump),
n
2 conductive rubber bands for electrical contacts (installed in
connection sockets 1 and 3)
n
Mains cable,
n
Operating instructions,
n
Inspection report and test certificate (optional),
n
Accessory kit (optional).
