If an abnormality or malfunction occurs during use, or if a part of the device
has broken, contact the Repair Center below.
■ If your device is currently under warranty
Please provide the copy of your warranty with the “Retailer” and “Date
of Purchase” clearly printed on the certificate. The device will be
repaired at no cost, as laid out in the Conditions for Repairs Covered
Under Warranty.
■ If the warranty period has ended
Upon inspection, if it is determined that the device can be repaired,
repairs will be conducted at the customerʼs discretion, for a fee.
■ Repair fee system
Repair fees consist of technology cost, parts cost, shipment cost, COD
fee etc.
ABOUT THE WARRANTY
Please refer to the “Troubleshooting” section of this pamphlet. Please donʼt attempt
to repair the device yourself. It is dangerous to repair or disassemble the device.

ABOUT REPAIR INQUIRIES
The warranty card is inside the box. Please make sure the name of the retailer where
the product was sold, as well as the date of purchase are clearly printed on the
Warranty Certificate. Carefully read the contents of the warranty and save it in a safe
location. The original warranty is good for 6 months from date of purchase.
*Registering the device is necessary to be eligible for the extended warranty service
in the case of normal domestic use. Registration is not necessary for devices
purchased through the Bioprogramming Club, which will automatically receive the
extended warranty period.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT & WARRANTY
LUMIELINA, INC. and its group companies may record customerʼs personal
information and/or contents of repair inquiries, to review the companyʼs
action in regards to the inquiry, and for confirmation of details. We will take
necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of personal
information, which will not be disclosed to a third party, other than for the
handling of repairs, or for another legitimate reason. Please contact the Repair
Center with inquiries/questions.

1. If the device breaks while it is still under warranty, and the
device has been used correctly in accordance with the
instructions in the Safety Guide and Operating Manual,
the device will be repaired at no cost.
2. Please contact the Repair Center when requesting that
your device be repaired.
3. Please note that the following repairs will not be covered
under warranty:
4. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN JAPAN.
5. Please take care to not lose the Warranty Certificate as it
will not be reissued. Keep the Warranty Certificate in a
safe location.
*Please note personal information as provided by the customer
(on the Warranty Certificate,) may be used during the warranty
period for performing free repairs and safety inspections.
*Repairs covered under warranty are guaranteed for the period
indicated on the Warranty Certificate, and in accordance with
the warranty conditions. This does not limit any legal rights of
the customer. For questions regarding repairs after the
warranty period has ended, please contact the Repair Center.
Breakage or malfunction which occurred as a result of
unauthorized repairs/modifications, or if the device was
used improperly.
Breakage or malfunction which occurred from using the
device outside, on a boat or any other type of vehicle, or
inadvertently dropping the device after purchase.
Breakage or malfunction resulting from fire, earthquake,
flood, lightening, or other natural disaster, pollution, or
abnormal voltage.
Use of the device in a location where multiple people are
present (sauna, hot springs, or fitness gym etc.)
When the Warranty Certificate is not presented upon
request for repair.
When the name of the store and date of purchase is not
printed on the Warranty Certificate, or when the
information on the Warranty Certificate has been modified.
Purchase of product on an unauthorized web site or from
an unauthorized distributor.
Scratches and/or wear and tear of product due to normal
everyday use.
