INTRODUCTION
Bodyclock Classic wakes you with a sunrise that naturally helps to
regulate your sleep/wake pattern. You’ll wake in a better mood, find
it easier to get up and feel more energetic during the day. There’s
also a fading sunset to help you wind down and drift off to sleep. In
clinical trials, ‘dawn simulators’ like Bodyclock Classic have been
shown to improve mood, energy, productivity and the quality of
sleep and awakening*. It can also help SAD (Seasonal Affective
Disorder) and winter blues sufferers cope with dark winter
mornings.
