Maintenance and Service 

Before any work on the machine itself, 
pull the mains plug. 

If the machine should fail despite the care 
taken in manufacturing and testing 
procedures, repair should be carried out by an 
approve service centre. 
– Store the tool, instruction manual and 
accessories in a secure place. In this way you 
will always have all the information and parts 
on hand. 
 

Changing the Blade 
Removing the saw blade 

– Remove the saw blade protector (

). 

– Remove the stage plate (

). 

– Bring the saw blade to its highest sawing 
position. 
– Bring the saw blade to 45° position and lock. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
A. Loosen the motor shaft (

) with the 

enclosed assembly wrench. 
B. Loosen the clamping nut with the second 
assembly wrench. 
 
 
 

– Remove the clamping nut (

) and clamping 

flange (

) with the saw blade from the motor 

shaft. 
 

Installing saw blade 
 

– Clean all parts to be assembled before 
Installation. 
– Insert a new saw blade.

– Position the clamping flange (

), screw on the 

nut (

) and tighten using the enclosed 

assembly wrench. 
 

Align the laser 
 

The laser must align with the saw blade. 
– Remove the saw blade protector. 
– Bring the saw blade to its highest sawing 
position. 
– Bring the saw blade to 0° position and lock. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
– Loosen the cross head screws (

). 

– Align the laser (

) to the saw blade. 

– Tighten the cross head screws (

43

) again. 

 

Cleaning 
 

– For safe and proper working, always keep the 
power too land its ventilation slots clean. 
– Remove dust and chips after each working 
procedure by blowing out with compressed air 
or with a brush.
