Care and Maintenance

Regular Preventive Maintenance 

To ensure peak performance, perform the following regular preventive maintenance procedures:

Tighten all terminal lugs.

Blow out all insects and debris.

Luminaires

Clean dirty lenses to minimize calcium deposits.

Straighten all pathway luminaires.

Quarterly

Trim all plant material as needed; relocate luminaires as needed as plant materials mature.

Quarterly

Clean debris off well luminaire lenses and grates.

Quarterly

Check cable and cable connectors.

Annually

Rebury cable and connectors that may have crept to the surface.

Semi-annually

Check aiming angles.

Semi-annually

Check, adjust, and replace all cable and cable ties in trees.

As needed

  When replacing low-voltage LED boards, always use 
Lumascape LED boards. Use of other brands may 
cause the unit to malfunction.
