Make sure there is water in the 
tank.

leaking out of 
the water hose. 

The connections are not 
tightly secured.  

Check to make sure all of the 
fan’s components are securely 
connected together. 

The fan 
produces 
uneven mist. 

There is a leak in the water 
hose. 

Turn off the misting function 
and see if there are any air 
leaks in the hose. If the 
problem persists, contact
