2-2 CPU Speed Setup
Since this is a jumperless design, there is no jumper setting to adjust CPU speed.
The user only needs to set speed in BIOS. Enter BIOS, find “CPU speed” under
“Chipset Features Setup,” and set as above.

Note: Selecting "manual " --- the user can modify "CPU ratio" & "CPU frequency"
