Gently pull on the tip
until it comes off. You
may need to twist
it using a back and
forth motion .

Replacing the ear tips
Hold the hearing
aid by the base
of the speaker
housing .
Align the new tip
with the dome
facing outward .
Press the new tip onto the
speaker housing until it is
fully on the receiver and the
wax stop is flush with the
entrance to the dome tip .
