6.3 Descripon of the PEAK funcon
The PEAK funcon is used to maintain
the displayed value of posive or
negave pressure peaks on the
display.
Press PEAK key to acvate this funcon.
This funcon is deacvated by pressing
the PEAK bu on again, entering the
main menu or when the instrument
is turned off.
The PEAK values can be reset manually
using the ZERO key.
6.4 Parameters menu
Push the SET key for 3 seconds, to enter the parameters menu. The first parameter (pressure unit)
will be displayed. Push allways the SET key to move to the next parameter, and then to exit from
the parameters menu. Aer the last parameter, the SET key saves the parameters and the
instrument goes back to measurement mode.
New values of parameters, eventually set, become therefore acve only at the exit from
parameters menu.
Unit
Pressure unit:
Select with Arrow-Up- and Arrow-Down Keys the required pressure unit.
FL XX
Digital filter:
Increase the value with Arrow-Up-Key, decrease the value with Arrow-Down-Key.
By increasing the XX value, the filter effect increases enabling the operator to find
out the average value of unsteady or pulsang pressures. Selectable values are 0
up to 99. This funcon also acts on display conversion speed, therefore if PEAKs
shall be detected, it is recommended to decrease the filter effect at its minimum.

Resoluon:
Increase the value with Arrow-Up-Key, decrease the value with Arrow-Down-Key.
Here it is possible to set the resoluon used by the instrument to display the
pressure. Selectable values are 1, 2, 5 and 10.
LOOPX
Display of medium temperature: If X set to 1, every 30 seconds the display switches
from pressure to temperature indicaon, and vice versa. If X is set to 0, always
the pressure value is displayed.
