Troubleshooting
• Check that the unit is correctly wired. Review the wiring diagrams in
this manual.
Motorised
• If the motor has been running continuously for 4 minutes it will turn off.
Allow to cool for 20 minutes before trying again.
• When using a separate control product check that it is operating correctly.
CC EasyFit
• Check that the light on the Limit Setting Tool lights up when connected to
the screen. Check the power and RJ9 connections.
• If the screen will not lower properly check the lower limit. It may be set to
the top position.
IR EasyFit
• Check that the IR reciever is visible to the remote control unit.
• Check the batteries in the remote control.
• Check that the light on the Limit Setting Tool lights up when connected to
the screen. Check the power and RJ9 connections.
• If the screen will not lower propery, check the lower limit. It may be set to
the top position
