softSTART

The softSTART function is suitable for patients who find high pressure unpleasant while they are awake and consequently have trouble
falling asleep.
With softSTART the pressure slowly increases from a low starting pressure to the therapy pressure during a selected time period.
You can set the time with

and

keys in five-minute steps from five to 45 minutes or deactivate softSTART with OFF.

Confirm with a small checkmark the flashing value on the right of the screen. A green checkmark will be displayed.
softSTART automatically begins with the same settings when you start your next therapy session. During therapy you can activate or
deactivate the softSTART described above by pressing the softSTART key.

You will be able to use the softSTART function if it has been activated by the doctor or dealer. If it has not been
activated, the softSTART key will not be visible on the screen.
