3. Pre-installation instructions
The manufacturer is not responsible for possible damages caused by a misuse of the product. A direct connection with a heat generator is not permitted.
Product reception
Customer must take care of all required unloading and handling operations. Verify the entirety and the integrity of the delivered parts.
In case of irregular receipt of the product, please collect any documentation and send it to Lovato S.p.A. , within three days from delivery .
Never dispose this product together with household garbage. Always use right container
or return the product to vendor or manufacture.
Handling
Use a very stable fork-lift truck in module’s handling as its total weight and its high barycenter may cause upsetting of the load.
The module should never be hit during handling and the packaging is to be removed after module’s placement only.
- Possible blackouts may bring to a stick of motorised valves in open position and consequently to a BIG EXOL overheating.
- Possible operations to electric connections have to be made by an authorised technician.
- The water inside the BIG EXOL may be very hot and at high pressure. Beware of emptying the water inside the system and locking
the check valves before disassembling.
- The installation and any possible intervention have to be made according to local laws.
- In case of malfunctions, no matter what their nature is, please contact your own plumber. It is forbidden to make unauthorised repairs
because they may cause damages.
Safety precautions
BIG EXOL-AR2 is a product projected for the heating of non-drinkable water (designed for heating) thanks to the use of one or two puffers.
Different applications are not foreseen, nor allowed.
Never connect the module to heat sources directly.
BIG EXOL-AR2 already includes a self-regulating controller.
For a correct operation of the module, following limit values are to be considered and observed:
