Procedura di connessione del modulo
Module connection procedure
1.
Rimuovere le tensioni pericolose.
2.
Rimuovere i coprimorsetti e la morsettiera estraibile.
3.
Rimuovere il tappo di copertura dello slot nel quale si intende inserire
il modulo.
4.
Inserire l’EXP10 15 come indicato nella foto in alto.
5.
Riposizionare la morsettiera estraibile e montare i coprimorsetti.
6.
Alimentare lo strumento principale (verrà riconosciuto il nuovo modulo
di espansione).
NOTA:
per togliere il modulo, rimuovere ogni tensione pericolosa e
ripetere in senso contrario le operazioni dal punto 5 al punto 2. Premere
nel punto indicato con * per sganciare il modulo.
1.
Remove any dangerous voltage.
2.
Remove the terminal covers and the terminal block.
3.
Remove the expansion slot cover of the Lovato product at the
position in which the EXP will be plug in.
4.
Insert the EXP10 15 as shown in the above picture.
5.
Replace the terminal block and the terminal cover.
6.
Power up the system (the base product will automatically
recognize the expansion unit).
NOTE:
Remove any dangerous voltage and repeat the operations from
step 5 to step 2 in the opposite direction. Press in the point indicated by
the * in the picture in order to remove the module.
Inserimento SIM card
Per inserire la SIM card nel modulo EXP:
1.
L’operazione va effettuata con il modulo disalimentato, quindi mentre
esso non è inserito nella unità base oppure quando è inserito ma
l’unità base è disalimentata.
2.
Estrarre il SIM-holder dal modulo, premendo con un oggetto
appuntito sul pulsantino giallo.
3.
Estrarre quindi il SIM-holder dal modulo.
4.
Posizionare la SIM nell’alloggiamento come in figura.
5.
Re inserire il sim-holder nel modulo facendo attenzione alle apposite
guide.
Nota
: Ricordiamo che la SIM card deve essere del tipo abilitato al traffico
dati. Contattare il proprio rivenditore di servizi telefonici per delucidazioni
in merito.
SIM card insertion
To insert the SIM card into EXP module :
1.
This operation must be done with EXP module powered off, that is
when the module is not inserted yet in the expansion bus or when
the base unit is powered off.
2.
Push with a pen-tip on the small yellow button as shown in picture.
3.
Remove the SIM-holder from the module.
4.
Position the SIM card as shown in picture.
5.
Re-insert the SIM holder in place, carefully sliding into its side
guides.
Note
: The SIM card must be enabled to data traffic. Contact your GSM
network provider in order to get more information.
Collegamento dell’antenna
1.
L’antenna va collegata semplicemente avvitando il connettore del
relativo cavo sul connettore a vite del modulo.
2.
L’antenna deve essere di tipo compatibile con la banda GSM
utilizzata nel paese/zona dove il modem va utilizzato.
3.
Consigliamo di utilizzare l’antenna Lovato CX03.
4.
Non scollegare il cavo dell’antenna mentre il modulo è operativo.
Connection of Antenna
1.
The antenna must be connected simply screwing its connector into
the module coaxial SMA connector.
2.
The antenna must be of a type compatible with the GSM network of
the geographic area where the modem has to be used.
3.
We recommend to use the Lovato CX03 antenna.
4.
Do not disconnect antenna cable while the module is in operation.
