Caution

 

These fryers are equipped with an acoustic-visual alarm, which is activated when the safety
thermostat trips (oil overtemperature). To interrupt the alarm, turn the control knob to zero
(but the system remains operational until the problem that caused the intervention is
resolved)

 

Contacts 80 and 81 are provided to enable the fryer to be controlled from a remote location.
(note: in order to operate the appliance without remote control, contacts 80 and 81 must be
connected together, as shown in the diagram).

 

Contacts 90 and 91, on the other hand, are normally closed (during normal operation of the
appliance) and open in the event of an alarm to control a possible shutdown system.
