ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
With the Back Panel (D) laying on a
non-abrasive work surface insert 6 each
Cam Locks (2) in the holes shown. When
inserting the cam lock, ensure that the
arrow is facing toward the cam screw
entry.
Using a Phillips Head Screw Driver insert
3 each Cam Screw (1) in the holes shown.
With the Middle Side Panel (E) laying on
a non-abrasive work surface insert 5 each
Cam Lock (2) into the holes shown on the
drawing.
Using a Phillips Screw Driver, insert 2
each Cam Screw (1) in the holes shown.
Insert 2 each Wood Dowels in the holes
shown on the drawing. Tap securely into
position with a Rubber Mallet or Hammer.
Step 2
Using a Phillips Screw Driver install the
Left Side General Slide (20) to the Middle
Side Panel (E) and secure in place with 4
each 4X10 Screw (10).
Install the Full Extension Slide (16) on
the Middle Side Panel (E) in the position
shown on the drawing. Secure in place
with 3 each 4X10 Screw (10).
Install the Drawer Lock (7) in the position
shown on the drawing. Note the position
on the locking plate should be facing
toward the Full Extension Slide (16).
Secure in place with 4 each 3X18 Screw
(11) as shown.
Install the “O” ring as indicated on the
Drawer Lock (7).
