THERMOSTAT
1. Set the cabinet temperature by pressing the Set key .
2. After a few seconds the set value.
3. Increase or decrease the set- point value with the Up key or the down key
4. Pres the key to confirmed.
DEFROSTING
The positive temperature and the NO-FROST cabinets come with an automatic
defrosting function.
However the cabinets can also force the defrosting by pressing the button
for a few seconds.
During this cycle, the water conveyed from a drain duct follows into a tray inside the
motor compartment and evaporates during the refrigeration phase.
Any frost on the evaporating grilles on the negative temperature static cabinet, must
be removed when it is more than 10mm thick; then defrost the cabinet manually as
follow:
disconnect the electronic thermo regulator;
turn the main switch off;
unplug the unite from the socket interlocked with a switch;
take all the food out and put in a suitable place;
open the cabinets door to allow the ice to thaw;
wait for the ice to thaw completely;
position the tray under the base and remove the plug at the centre of the
cabinet, so that the water drains in to the tray (N.B. the tray must be at
least 20 cm below the base).
clean the inside of the cabinet thoroughly with a cloth, warm water and
neutral detergent, and then dry completely;
rinse and dry thoroughly using a dry cloth;
re-start the machine according to the instructions in chapter n° ?;
when the cabinet to reach the temperature put the food back inside.
