Start switch ( )
Push this switch to let the starter motor crank
the engine.
Handlebar Switches
Placed in left handlebar:
Light switch:
Set the switch to “ ” to turn on the low beam
and the taillight.
Set the switch to “ ” to turn on the high
beam and the taillight.
Set the switch to”OFF” to turn off all the lights.
Engine stop switch
When the switch is in the RUN ( ) position,
the engine will be operated.When the switch
is in OFF( ) position, the engine will not
operate.The engine stop switch controls igni-
tion and can be used at all times to stop the
engine,especially in an emergency. The en-
gine will not start when this switch is in “OFF”
position.
NOTE:
If the starter switch is pushed with the main
switch “ON” and the engine stop switch “OFF”,
the starter motor will be activated but the en-
gine will not start. To start the engine, make
sure the engine stop switch at “RUN” position.
