Guidelines
To ensure optimal performance of the macerator these
installation instructions must be followed.
This device is not to by used by persons (including
children) with limited physical, sensorial or mental
capacities or lacking in experience and/or knowledge,
unless they are supervised by a person responsible
for their safety of have received instructions on how
to use the device from you. Children should be
monitored to ensure that they do not play with
the device.

Assembly
a. Connection to the toilet
WARNING:
The Suverain 500-A must be connected to
a toilet with a horizontal outlet spigot according to
standards EN33 or EN37.
To connect a washbasin, you should use the inlet on
the left side of the lid when facing the macerator.
Use the fittings provided to connect the pipe.
b. Connecting the discharge
Insert the large end of elbow A into the unit’s outlet,
position to the desired direction and secure with hose
clip. Insert nozzle B into the other end and secure with
hose clip. Then connect the drain to the neck and fix
with a pipe clamp.
c. Electrical connection
PLEASE NOTE: The electrical connections must be
made after assembling the device.
The instructions for electrical connections for
bathroom must be observed. The electrical connection
must be performed by a professional. The device is
connected to a 10 – 16 A 2 Pole + earth socket.
The socket should only be used for this device must be
connected to a residual current protective device
calibrated at 30 mA.
Standards: The Suverain 500-A complies with
EN 12050-3 standard, for limited use pump systems
for wastewater with faecal matter.

Start up and use
Connect to the power supply. Check the toilet
flushing system. The unit should automatically
switch on and operate for 5 to 30 seconds.
If the running time exceeds 35 seconds, check to
see if the discharge pipe has any blockage.
WARNING:
The Suverain 500-A is only suitable
for macerating faecal matter, normal toilet paper
and wastewater.
Disposal via the WC of the following items will
damage the unit and will not be covered under
the 2 year warranty: cotton wool, tampons,
sanitary pads, condoms, hair, wet wipes and
hand towels.
Also liquids such as solvents, acids or oils.
