2.14 End User Licence Agreement

The software used within the Loma IQ3X Metal Detection System is protected by copyright laws
and international copyright treaties. The software in the Loma IQ3X Metal Detection System is
licensed not sold.

1. Grant of Licence:

Loma Systems shall at all times have and retain title and full ownership of all software, firmware
programming routines, documentation supplied for use with the equipment and of all copies
thereof made by Buyer (collectively “software”).

Loma Systems grants the buyer a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use such software
solely for use with the equipment.

The Buyer shall take all reasonable steps to protect Loma Systems proprietary interest in the
software and shall not transfer or otherwise provide or sub-licence the software to any third party.

2. Rights and Limitations:

The software is licensed as a component within the Loma IQ3X Metal Detection System only, and
may not be separated for use elsewhere.

The software is licensed with the Loma IQ3X Metal Detection System as a single integrated
product.

The software may only be used with the Loma IQ3X Metal Detection System.

You may not rent or lease the software.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA only as part of a sale or transfer of
the Loma IQ3X Metal Detection System, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the
software and the recipient agrees to the EULA.
