The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for any special, incidental, indirect or
consequential loss or damage resulting from the use or malfunction of the Instrument.
This limited warranty is sole and exclusive. The Company makes no other representations or
warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including for merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose with regards to this Instrument.
To obtain service during the Warranty Period, contact your local
supplier or the Company’s
Technical Support team.
OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE
Please contact your local
supplier or the Company’s Technical Support team in order to obtain out-
of-warranty service.
If necessary, repair service will be charged for replacement parts and labor hours incurred to repair
the Instrument.
In addition, the Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the Instrument to and from the
service facility and, if necessary, the travel cost of a service engineer.
