Installation Steps
Before Hardware Installation
Prior to the hardware installation, it is best to power up the camera on the bench and connect it to
the Zigbee network. Doing it this way will make things easier and the settings will be remembered
when the device is powered up again after the install.
1)
Power up the camera using a DC 12V power supply (not supplied). The
Status Indicator
light
on the front will flash green while it is starting up and turn to a slow flash once it’s ready to
connect to the network.
Note:
If the
Status Indicator
flashes red, it means that the network connection failed.
2)
Unscrew the back cover of the camera to reveal the QR code and perform an
Add Device
in
the mobile app, selecting the category
Camera
and the device name
Weather-Proof HD
Camera
. Follow the instructions in the mobile app to add the device to the network.
