Grain Bag Unloader OM

Switching to Transport Position
(Cont’d)

STORAGE POSITION

TRANSPORT POSITION

Remove the cylinder stop (1) from the storage position
and place on the cylinder rod for travel . Secure with pin
(2) and retaining clip .

Remove PTO driveline safety chain .

Retract the PTO driveline sleeve (1), then pull the unloader
PTO driveline off the tractor PTO drive shaft .

CAUTION:

Never use a steel hammer when

connecting or disconnecting a PTO shaft.

Place the PTO driveline in the stored position .

NOTE:

Disconnecting the PTO driveline is not required
when transporting the grain bag unloader with a
tractor.

Remove the chain (1) and rotate the PTO driveline up into
the stored position . Reinstall the retaining pin (2) .

NOTE:

The electrical connector must stay attached for
transporting on the highway with a tractor. See
“Install the left cross auger guard and extension
into the stored position.” on page 35.

NOTE:

Secure all hydraulic hoses and the electrical
harness before transporting.
