4 Installation
4.5 Connecting the Unit
Caution!
It is only monitored the pressure of component A at the moment.
It is important to ensure that the pressure of component B
– is always sufficient during operation and
– Is never set to 0 bar!
Connect the cord to the control unit or
PLC, see pin assignment at section 8.2.
Connect supplied pressure hose to the pneumatic connection

4.6 Adjusting the Proximity Switches
Factory setting of both sensors are the
“Empty” position.
Is it necessary to readjust, do the following steps:
Put in an empty dual cartridge.
Drive piston forward until it stops.
Loosen the slotted screw a little bit.
Move the proximity switches

forwards over the “Empty point” (the
yellow LED lights shortly) in the groove.
Move the proximity switches
10
and
11
backwards till the “Empty point” (the
yellow LED lights permanently) in the
groove.
Tighten the slotted screw in the desired
position.
Use a small flat-bladed screwdriver.
Tightening torque: 2 Nm max
