2.3.3 CONSTRUCTION

a) AIR line
* the filters and componants used on the circuit to purify the atmospheric Air are made of high
pressure resistant PVC and Delrin.
* all metallic parts in contact with the dry and pure AIR are made of anodized Aluminia,
passivated Brass and of stainless steel.
* the filter assembled in the Air inlet is made of sintered stainless steel with 30

µ

absolute level

of filtration
* elastomer seals are made of high grade Viton

b) Permeation oven module
* all metallic part in contact with the high concentration mixtures are made of non-reactive
corrosion free material such as pureTeflon, PFA and stainless steel. Seals are in Teflon or
high grade Viton.

2.4 ELECTRONICS

The SONIMIX 6000D1 electronics is composed of 5 different boards:

-1- the main board labelled MB3000 including
** the 80537 micro-controller with
64Kbyte of EPROM
8Kbyte of EEPROM
64Kbyte of RAM
** the remote command interfaces (dry relays and RS-232)
** 16 drivers and power-reducers circuits for the electro-valves with ECOPOWER



system.
