EQUIREMENTS
If more than one sensor is used, care must be taken to avoid projecting the laser spot
from one sensor into the field of view of another sensor.
Note:
The above illustration applies to the
Model 16-32-5
sensors and may not accurately
indicate the overlap areas for sensors of different ranges.
As the distance from the sensor increases the field of view increases. Sensors may detect a
laser spot from another sensor beyond the measuring range of 48" (1,210 mm), but due to the
angle of detection appear to be within the field of view. Refer to the diagram above.
