7. ERROR SITUATIONS
7.1. Error use case
When the reader issues an activity error notification, you will see which article the error concerns in the reader
Info view.
If you have “Administrator”, “Supervisor” or “Forcing user” level user rights, you can force the scanning result by
pressing the “Force” button.
If there are any errors a popup screen will appear with the associated errors
You can look at the errors in more detail by pressing the detailed view.
When the details view is pressed you will see the items that have an error in red.
