Maintenance
Cleaning
Your Personal Care Alarm box and Mobile Alarm can be cleaned using a slightly damp
cloth. Solvents should not be used when cleaning the Personal Care Alarm box or the
Mobile Alarm.
Periodic test call
The Personal Care Alarm box is programmed to carry out a periodic test once every 28
days to ensure it is in working order. This is a background call and will not disturb you.
Replacing your Personal Care Alarm box batteries
The battery in the Personal Care Alarm box will be monitored by the 24/7 BT Alarm

replacement is necessary. Battery replacement can only be carried out by a competent
person.
