Before unpacking the print head, please carefully read the identification on the print
head package, check whether the print head model is correct pursuant to description
and take down the voltage parameter for every print head (the parameter will be used
while adjusting print head state).
Print head installation
1.
First install the bottom plate of print head onto the machine and place clean non-
woven fabrics under the bottom plate of print head, so as to avoid soiling nozzle
panel or blocking nozzle during print head installation process.

Remove the packing of print head according to the order below and take down
the protection cover under print head (the protection cover is used to protect
nozzle panel):

Place the print head at the installation position and tighten the fastening screw
of
print head, then tighten the adjusting screw of print head.
