CARE & CLEANING
1.
Always unplug the unit from mains supply before cleaning. Wait the appliance is completely cooled
down.
2.
Take off the lid, steam tray, and inner pot. Wash it with soap and water.
3.
Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
4.
Grains of rice or resides may be adhere to the heating plate, clean it off with mild detergent. Wipe
the heater plate to ensure contact with the inner pot properly.
5.
For electrical safety do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

Check the switch, outlet, fuse, cord
and connect it correctly.

plate is getting hot.

plate is not hot

The wire is loose.

The rice is half-cooked or
cooking time is too long.

Not enough water.

Heating plate may be
deformed.

The cooker pot is
slanting to one side,
another side is not
contacted.

There are some particles
between cooking pot and
heating plate.

Cooing pot be deformed.

Add more water and approx. 1
cup.

When it is a little deformed,
polish the heating plate with
fine sand paper.
3.
Turn the cooking pot round
slightly until it fits the heating
plate properly.

Polish the particles with fine
sand paper.
5.
Take it to an authorized service
center for repair.
