Important: Please read and understand all instructions
completely before installing this fixture.
WARNING: Fixture installation (and use) and all electrical connections must be in accordance with
local and National Electrical Codes (N.E.C.) rules, regulations and standards. If you are unfamiliar
with installing fixture(s), accessories and/or electrical wiring have a qualified licensed electrician
install this fixture for you. Fixture should be installed by a qualified electrician.
WARNING: RISK OF SHOCK. House electric current can cause painful shock or serious injury.
WARNING: Always disconnect power before fixture installation, wiring, or maintenance.
WARNING: Before starting the wire connections, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker
or removing the fuse at the fuse panel. Turning the power off using the light switch is not sufficient to
prevent electrical shock.
This luminaire must be connected with supply wire/conductors rated at 90°C. Most dwellings built
before 1985 have supply wire rated at 60°C; consult a qualified electrician before installing.
WARNING: Before service insure fixture is cool to touch.
WARNING: Check fixture for input voltage before connecting power to fixture.
WARNING: RISK OF SHOCK. Fixture is suitable for dry locations (unless otherwise stated on fixture,
Liton's web site or other installations. Also for use with covered ceiling mount.
WARNING: Do not install any fixture or assembly (etc.) closer than 6" from any curtain, or similar
combustible material.
Fixture must be installed on a circuit protected by Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
(GFCI).
Fixtures that are not LED:
For installing lampholder, make sure to refer to other instructions within your fixture, as
required. For installing lamps please refer to your lamp manufacturers’ instructions.
LED Fixtures:
RELAMPING:
Return fixture to Liton for servicing/replacing LED and LED drivers, as required.
Install LED fixture(s)/LED driver(s) only on their own circuit. Do not mix any other
products (Incandescent, Compact Fluorescent, H.I.D. products/fixtures, etc...) with LED
fixture(s)/LED driver(s) on a single circuit.
Do not use any other electrical equipment (example: surge protector photocell, etc.) that
is not (rated) for use with LED fixture(s)/LED driver(s) on the same circuit as LED
fixture(s)/LED driver(s).
Install remote surge protector(s) (by others, goes on the circuit with nothing between the
surge protector and the LED fixture(s)/LED driver(s)), if the fixture is not already
installed with a surge protector, to help remove power surges that may harm LED
fixture(s), appropriate for the installation. Periodically check and make sure that your
remote surge protector(s) are in good working order.

Track Fixture Installation (120V AC):
WARNING: Always disconnect power before fixture installation, wiring or maintenance!
1. Remove the cover of the Live End (Power Feed, right or left) to expose wires (FIG. 1).
2. With the power off, connect the Cable to the Relative Terminal (See Wiring Diagram above).
3. Insert the Live End (Power Feed, right side shown FIG. 1) into the 3 Circuit Track (3 CCT
TRACK) using the Guide Lug (FIG. 1).
4. Fasten the Lock Screw till it fully locks with the Track (FIG. 1).
5. Make Ø 5/8" holes in the wall or ceiling matching the Toggle Bolts holes are in the Track. Use
Track as template/guide to mark hole locations on ceiling or wall.
6. Install, and secure, the 3 Circuit Track (3 CCT TRACK) to ceiling or wall using the supplied
3/16" x 3" long Toggle Bolts (FIG. 1).
7. On the fixtures 3 circuit (3 CCT) Tack Head Connector make sure the Lever is on the side and
the Knob is in the "OFF" position" (FIG. #2). Do NOT install the fixture track head into the
track if the Track Head Connector is NOT in this position.
8. Align the fixture Track Head to the 3 CCT Track so that the Adapter Guide is opposite side of
the Track Extension (FIG. 2).
9. Install the fixtures Track Head Connector into the Track (FIG. 2) at the desired location and
turn the Lever on the Track head to the end of the Track Head (FIG. 3).
10. Turn the Track Head Knob to the desired circuit position (FIG. 3).
11. To remove the fixture Track Head Connector from the Track disconnect power (see above
WARNING), and reverse steps 9 and 10 above by turning the Knob to the "OFF" position and
then push Lever to the side of the Track Head Connector (FIG. 2).
The Liton Architectural Track
Series are equipped with four
copper conductors, three for live
circuits and one for neutral. The
body of the track serves as the
ground connection. The copper
conductors have a circular cross
section, and are .088 inches in
diameter. Therefore, these
conductors are approximately 20
percent larger in area than
12AWG; and this extra gauge
provides additional margin for
loading of the neutral conductor.
