SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before
using the appliance and retain them for
future reference.
WARNING: DO NOT COVER. To
avoid overheating, do not cover the
heater.
• Never place the appliance near a source
of radiant heat or immediately below a
power socket.
•
For safety reasons, if the power cord
is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, their customer service
department or a similarly qualified
person.
•
Do not use this heater with a programmer,
timer, separate remote control system
or any other device which automatically
switches on the heater, as there is a risk of
fire if the heater is covered or positioned
incorrectly.
• This appliance can be used by children
aged 8 and above and by persons with
physical, sensory or mental impairment,
or people with no knowledge or
experience as long as they are properly
supervised or given instructions
on how to use the appliance safely
and they understand the dangers
involved. Children must not play with
this appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance must not be carried out
by children unless they are more than
8 years old and supervised.
• Children under 3 years of age should
be kept away unless they are under
continuous supervision.
•
Children aged 3 to 8 should only be
allowed to switch the appliance on or
off provided that the appliance has
been placed or installed in the normal
intended position, and that these
children are supervised or have been
given instructions on how to use the
appliance safely and understand the
potential hazards. Children aged 3 to 8
should not connect, adjust or clean the
appliance, nor should they carry out user
maintenance.

Special attention must be paid to children
and vulnerable persons.
