5. OPERATION
5.1. Safety
DANGER
Removing and opening of the blade guard
Death or injury from rotating saw blade.

Do not remove or open the blade guard or reach to the saw blade whilst it is cutting.

This work may only be carried out when the saw blade is at a standstill and the drive motor has been
switched off.
DANGER
Loadbearing capacity of the supporting ground
Death or injury by falling into the pit.

Ensure that the surface on which the machine is used for cutting has an adequate load-bearing capacity

When cutting, ensure that the masonry saw and the personnel are not on the side to be cut off
WARNING
The following points have to be considered when cutting

The operator, who is responsible for cutting, has to initiate the feed movement via a cutting table, his
area of operation is only this area of the masonry saw

The masonry saw can only be operated by one person. Instruct people to leave the cutting area or block
the access to this area
