Maintenance
The Variable Height Table Pedestal requires very little maintenance. The gas struts are sealed in the
cylinders. The only required maintenance involves keeping the columns clean and free of debris.
Adjustment
If a cylinder creeps up after it has been retracted and locked, the collar can be tightened by hand-turning
the thumbscrew (Fig. 6A) on the locking collar (Fig. 6B).

Pull the handle (Fig. 6C) on the locking collar open.
2.
Hand-tighten the thumbscrew to pull the edges (Fig. 6D) of the collar closer together, making sure to
leave some gap between the edges.
3.
After tightening, make sure that the handle closes correctly. If it is difficult to close the handle, unscrew
the thumbnail slightly then try closing the handle again.
