Step 2:
Carry the car seat belt connector (along with the
entire belt) through the nearest guide (from the front to
the back), then behind the backrest of the safety seat and
through another guide (from the back to the front) locat
-
ed on the side of the car seat belt buckle. Insert the car seat
belt connector to the car seat belt buckle. You should hear
“the click sound” indicating that the belt has been properly
fastened (Fig. 1).
Step 3:
Note: Make sure that the lap belt is carried under the
arm rest, the shoulder belt under the headrest, and that they
are not twisted (Fig. 3).
Step 4:
Use your knee to push the safety seat tightly to the
seat of the car and tighten the shoulder belt in a direction
shown in the Figure 4. Make sure the belt is not loose. The
shoulder belt should be tightened as tightly as possible.
