Operating and servicing your train set

Y

our locomotive’s headlight and marker lights are illuminated by one lamp. During the
course of normal operations, the lamp may require replacement.

Carefully remove the four body screws (see Figure 4 on page 22 for their locations), then lift

the body off of the frame. Locate and unscrew the expired lamp shown in Figure 6. Replace the
lamp with Lionel part no. 600-2314-300, available from your authorized Lionel Service Center.
(See the Lionel Service section on page 28 for more information.) Reinstall the body and the
four screws, taking care to not pinch any wires during reassembly.
