will

displayed

check
mains
supply
cable
is
properly
connected
and
powered
on
.
Try
to
press
the
power
on
,
off
button
and
hold
for
8
seconds to power the frame.
Unable
to
play
background
music for
slideshow
.
Please
check
whether the music file is in the same memory
device and in MP3 format.
No
Audio
Check
whether
the
audio
files
are
of
MP3 format.
Remote
Control
does
not
work
.
Make
sure
there
is
no
obstacle
between
the
remote
control and
remote
control
receiver
window
.
If
it
is
still
does
'
t
work
,
please
try
to
replace
the
battery.
When
you
have
plugged
in
your
memory
card
and
power
source
correctly
,
and
the
start
-
up
screen displays properly, but it can not read the content on the card, please try to re-insert the
card,or format it(back up the files before this procedure).
If problem persists, please turn off the power and contact our customer support.
