Furnace can only be operated under protective gas due to graphite heating
elements and graphite insulation!

6.5 Vacuum operation

1. When switch "Vakuum" ( vacuum ) is operated, a vacuum is generated in furnace

2. After "Vakuum" ( vacuum ) was switched off, furnace will be flooded with gas.

If purge gas is switched on during vacuum operation, chamber will be purged with
protective gas only after finishing of pumping the vacuum. Vacuum operation
prevails gas operation.

3. The vacuum operation will only be used for the furnace start
or protective gas reduction.
