Replacing MDS/CC Crucible
Carrier
Please read the following chapter to replace the
MDS/CC Crucible Carrier.
To replace the MDS/CC in the Stage, use a M3
hex key to remove the 6 screws on top of the
Stage as indicated by the arrows in the picture
opposite.
Carefully lift up and remove the Stage Cover (2).
