Usage
Read all safety and health information. If you are unsure whether you can use the infrared cabin, please
consult your doctor.
If you feel dizzy or overheated during use, leave the infrared cabin.
Set the temperature to a comfortable level, usually around 40-50 ° C
Allow the infrared cabin to preheat for about 8-15 minutes before use.
The sweat production starts after approx. 6-15 minutes. We recommend that you do not use
the infrared cabin for longer than 30 minutes.
When the infrared cabin has reached the desired temperature, the heating elements
automatically switch on and off to maintain the temperature.
The door and roof opening can be opened at any time during use to regulate the temperature
yourself or to let in fresh air.
You can enjoy all the benefits of infrared light even with the door or window open.
Drink enough liquid before, during and after using the infrared cabin to compensate for the
loss of sweat.
If you take a warm or hot shower before use, you stimulate your sweat glands. Try both
variants (with and without a previous shower) to determine which type you prefer. If you
shower beforehand, dry yourself completely, as residual water can damage the wood. Be
sure to shower after use to refresh yourself and wash off the rest of sweat.
Use at least three towels. One to sit on, one to put on the floor to protect it from sweat, and
one to use to wipe yourself regularly.
Massage sore or damaged muscles during use to heal them faster.
It is best to use it on an empty stomach, so it is recommended to stop eating at least 1 hour
before the start.
At the first sign of a cold, using the infrared cabin can help support the immune system and
fight viruses. However, talk to your doctor about using it if you feel sick.
To strengthen joints and muscles, you should sit as close as possible to the radiant heaters.
Do not take a shower immediately after the session. Sit for a while with the door open to
exude. Then start with a warm shower and slowly lower the temperature to cool the body.
Do not use the infrared cabin after strenuous training or work. Wait at least 30 minutes for
the body to recover and cool off.
Do not leave clothes or towels in the infrared cabin to avoid the risk of fire.
To prevent fires and electrical shocks, please do not use metal tools on the heating elements
and do not touch the light bulb. If these need to be replaced, completely disconnect the
infrared cabin from the power supply and wait until it has cooled down.
Do not spray sweat or water on the heating elements as this can lead to a short circuit.
Do not let pets into the infrared cabin.
Children may only use the infrared cabin under adult supervision.
