WARRANTY
LINEA VZ srl guarantees good workmanship and the quality of the materials used.
The warranty is valid for two years from the first ignition date shown on the certificate for
models where this is required, validated by the service centre that performed the operation, or
from the date of installation for all other models, validated by the technician who installed the
stove, provided that no more than 24 months have elapsed since the date the stove was
purchased from LINEA VZ srl, in which case the warranty must be provided by the dealer.
The certificate must be stamped by the personnel who completed installation.
During this period, LINEA VZ srl shall repair and/or replace, free-of-charge, any parts that at
its sole discretion are found to be defective.
Any such repairs or replacements do not extend the duration of the warranty.
The warranty does not include:
1 - Damage due to incorrect installation of the appliance or caused by inadequate systems.
2 - Damage due to negligence, carelessness, improper use or repairs carried out by
unauthorised third parties.
3 - Any parts normally subject to wear or whose working life is shorter than the warranty period
specified above.
These include, by way of example: the gaskets, the burn pot, the firebox lining, the ceramic
glass, the painted parts and the ceramic, etc.
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the first ignition date marked on this certificate, which
must be correctly completed and backed by proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply to
the use of the appliance outside of the home.
The warranty moreover does not apply if the service centre or LINEA VZ srl personnel find,
when carrying out the work, that the installation/first ignition date does not correspond to
actual fact (as inferred from the appliance
’s specifications and other elements).
This certificate must always be provided to service centre personnel, together with proof of
purchase (invoice or receipt), whenever requesting any service during the warranty period.
LINEA VZ srl is not responsible for any damage caused to people or things due to breakdown,
forced shutdown or improper use of the appliance.
The warranty is only valid on the following conditions:
1 - The appliance must be installed by qualified personnel.
2 - Installation must be performed in compliance with local laws in force and with the
instructions provided in our
“instruction manual”.
3 - Repairs must only be carried out by authorised service centre
personnel.
4 - If the certificate is completed in full, clearly and legibly.
No other warranty is given by LINEA VZ srl other than that expressly stated above.
For any disputes, jurisdiction lies with the Court of VENICE.
