PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARNINGS
The appliance can become hot during use. Keep the power cord away from hot parts.
Don’t cover the appliance.
· Do not cover the cord, do not place any objects on the cord, and do ensure that the cord does not pose
a tripping hazard.
· Avoid contact with the hot unit and ensure that the electrical cord is not too close to the hot unit.
·
Keep flammable materials such as cushions/pillows, clothing, curtains, etc. away from the unit (min.
distance of 1 m).
· Do not expose the unit to rain, sunshine, etc.
·
If you decide never to use the unit again, we recommend that you cut the electrical cord off the unit
after removing the cord from the wall socket. We also recommend that you dispose of any parts that
could be dangerous for children.
· Do not place the unit against a wall socket.
· The unit is not intended for use in the bathroom, laundry room, or other damp areas. It must not be
possible for a person in the bath or shower to touch the unit, the cord, or the control buttons.
· Only use the unit in well insulated rooms. The unit is only suitable for occasional use.
· This unit cannot achieve precise temperature control of the environment and therefore cannot be
used as an insulator for storage environments, objects, animals, or plants.
· CAUTION – Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause burns. Special attention
should be paid to the presence of children and vulnerable people.

Do not use this unit in confined spaces when these are used by people who are unable to leave the
room on their own, unless they are under constant supervision.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Warning: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover
the heater.
2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
3. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
4. The heater must not be located immediately below a
socket-outlet.
5. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of
a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
6. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless
continuously supervised.
