Installation Location
The installation site should:
•
provide sufficient installation and maintenance space,
•
have no barrier to the inlet,
•
be positioned so the outlet will avoid strong wind,
•
be dry and well ventilated,
•
have even support which is strong enough to bear the
weight of the machine,
•
allow the machine to be installed horizontally, creating
no extra noise and vibration,
•
be positioned where running noise and discharge air
will not cause disturbance to any neighboring property,
•
not be exposed to flammable air leakage,
•
have easy access for piping and electrical connection.
Don’t install the system at the following places, which may
cause system failure:
•
places with mineral oil like cutting machine oil,
•
places with salty air,
•
places with corrosive gas, such as sulfur.
•
places with fluctuating power supply and voltage,
•
vehicles or cabins,
•
places such as kitchens where there is significant oil,
•
places with strong electromagnetic waves,
•
places with flammable gas and materials,
•
places with acidic or alkaline gas,
•
hazardous areas
Installation Cautions
Before Installation
•
Select an appropriate method of transportation,
•
Keep in the original packaging during transportation.
•
If the machine is installed on a metal base of the
construction, the electrical insulation must be done
strictly according to the technical standards of
electrical equipment.
Installation Clearance
Reserve enough clearance for maintenance. Refer
to
figure 5 below.
