Reposition the tab of the wiper end behind the front seal

and tip spreader as shown in the next two photos.  The 
tab should be placed between the tip spreader and the 
gage face of the rail.

Another view of the tab position.  Note: When installed the

tab of the wiper end seal will lie between the gage face of 
the rail and the tip spreader.  The seal will gradually form 
to the shape of the opening and  ll the void.

Repeat end plug installation for the other side.
