Tandem Operator Manual

FINGER DISASSEMBLY FOR CLEANING

2. Remove finger from the oven by 

sliding it up and over the front 
bracket and away from plenum 
flange. 

1. With conveyor removed, open front 

door to oven.

 

3. Remove assembled finger 

through door opening starting 
with lower left. NOTE: Install 
fingers according to customer 
finger arrangement 
specification. 

6. Finger housing, columnating 

plate, and finger cover should 
now be separated. 

4. Remove cover by sliding it off 

from the small end. 

 

5. Remove columnating plate from 

the finger housing. 

8. After rotating the finger bracket, remove 

bracket by lifting up away from the pins 
and pulling out of oven. 

7. Rotate the finger brackets until the  

notches no longer rest on the 
retaining pins.
