Mini Profiler

Installing the Driver software

This section illustrates the installation of the Torchmate 4 Driver software (TM4). This
installation takes just a few minutes. The TM4 software enables your computer to com-
municate instructions to your CNC Controller and all of the cutting operations on your
CNC table or CNC pipe cutter.

Instructions

• The Torchmate Driver software to be installed is either on the

Driver Software CD or the USB Flash Drive in a folder called

Driver

Software

.

• To install the driver software, click on the

Torchmate4LiveSetup

icon:

The installer wizard will start.

• Windows may ask permission to continue installation. Proceed with

the installer program by selecting

Next

.

• Under

Customer Information

, enter both a

User Name

and a

Company Name

. Click

Next

to continue.

• For

the

Destination Location

, we recommend using the default

install location unless you have a specific reason to install at another
location. Click

Next

to continue.

• Review the installation setup information. Use

Back

to correct any

errors. Click

Next

to begin the installation.

• The software installs all the necessary components, including any

necessary drivers. Click

Install

to install the signal generator drivers,

as prompted.

• If you receive an “Unsigned Driver” warning, select

Continue

Anyway

.

• Click

Finish

to complete the wizard.

• Once the software is installed, it is recommended that you restart the

computer.

• Note: if you have any difficulties installing the TM4 software, or if the

installation screens are different from those illustrated here, please
