• To adjust the chuck for different size

pipe, loosen the locking levers and
move the gas-cylinder supported mount
with ease. Loosely chuck the material
in the new the position, jog the material
to rotate and cetner it, lock the vertical
adjustment, tighten the chuck,

and cut.

• Accurate, reliable travel of the torch

is managed by v-rollers and v-rails.
This design keeps the rollers clean
and reduces wear and required
maintenance.

• Low friction roller balls supported by

interior ball bearings make turning
various sized pipe in the roller
transfer cradles smooth and easy.
Position the cradles away from the
cutting action by just sliding them
down the tubular support rails.

• The standard torch mount is fully

adjustable and even allows the
adjustment of pipe-centered bevel
angles. Particularly on straight cuts,
this bevel can produce cuts that
can go to welding with minimal
additional preparation.

• Plasma cutting depends on a low-

resistance return current work lead
(ground lead) and this is provided by
positive contact with the chuck and
its rotating connection. In addition,
the center of the chuck is supplied
with compressed air to ventilate the
pipe interior.

• The optional Arc Voltage Height

Control (AVHC) provides consistent
high quality cutting on larger pipes
that may be somewhat out-of-round.
