Pairing using LEARNING MODE:
1. Ensure the socket is connected the amber LED will
be illuminated.
2. Press and hold down the ‘MANUAL’ button on the
socket to be paired, until the blue and amber LEDs
flash alternately (this refers to either the left OR the
right socket depending on which of the ‘MANUAL’
buttons was pressed). The socket is now in learning
mode.
3. Using a LightwaveRF Connect Remote press one of
the ‘ON’ buttons; the blue light on the socket will flash
to confirm that the remote is now paired.
NOTE: Learning Mode lasts for 6 seconds; if no signal
is received from a remote handset during this time
then the socket will automatically exit learning mode
without pairing the device.
If, when expecting a blue LED flash to confirm pairing,
amber flash is received instead, then this means that
the socket memory is FULL and no further remotes
may be paired with it unless one of the existing
remotes is first unpaired (see below).
Unpairing Remotes & clearing the Socket memory
Removing single Device:
1. Ensure the socket is connected, the amber LED will
be illuminated.
2. Press and hold down the ‘MANUAL’ button on the
socket until the blue and amber LEDs flash alternately.
The socket is now in learning mode.
