NFG 40 P75 light
CERTIFICATE
1. Application
1.1. NFG 40 P75 light is designed for functional and decorative illumination. It is powered from AC mains 220 VAC (±10%), 50 Hz (±0,4 Hz). The quality of electric power should be meet
the requirements of all-Union State Standard 13109-97. Suitable for fitting into ground by means of plastic mounting box (included in delivery kit).
1.2. The light complies with safety requirements of GOST R IEC 60598-2-3 and EMC requirements of GOST R 51318-99.

3. Safety
Never install, clean and replace light components (lamps), if power is ON. Clean the glass with soft cloth wetted with mild soap solution.
4. Operation and installation
4.1. Operate the light under “Electric Device Operation and Maintenance Guidelines”.
4.2. Remove the light external ring with glass by unscrewing 4 screws (Fig. 2).
4.3. Remove 2 screws and disconnect the light from the mounting box (Fig. 3).
4.4. Remove 2 screws and detach the mounting plate from the light from the mounting box.
4.5. Insert the power wires through the hole in the mounting box and install the box into the ground (Fig. 4) providing high-quality drainage of melt and rain water. Water should not stagnate in
adjusting box in order to avoid condensation and lamp breakdown.
4.6. Insert the power wires through the light sealing gland and connect them to the terminal box. Use 6 to 12 mm OD round-section cable for connecting the light.
4.7. Secure the mounting plate in the light, place the light in the mounting box, tighten the sealing gland and secure the light in the box with 4 screws.
4.8. Install the lamp to the receptacle and reinstall the protecting glass and the external ring (Fig. 5). Provide the glass even bearing to gaskets with binding beam of external screw “crisscross”.
5. Acceptance
The light complies with TU 3461-009-44919750-06 and is admitted serviceable.

6. Warranty
6.1. The Manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace the faulty light within the warranty period free of charge, if such fault is not caused by the Customer, and the light operated in normal
conditions.
6.2. Warranty period – 36 months as of the manufacturing date.
6.3. Service life of lights in normal climate subject to compliance with installation and operation requirements:
8 years – for lights with housing and/or lens made of polymeric materials;
10 years – for other lights.
6.4. Failure of the lamps shall not be considered as a defect.
